The Venue
There is no other hilltop venue inside Bengaluru. ARC Pyramid sits inside Shakthi Hill Resorts on a rocky hillock just off Mysore Road in Rajarajeshwari Nagar — far enough for silence and open sky, close enough that every guest arrives without a long drive. It reads and feels like a destination property, without the flights, the convoy and the two-day travel. The Grand Hall is the centrepiece: a soaring, column-free volume that takes a full mandap, a reception stage or a 300-seat banquet, and handles 1,500+ floating guests across the day.
The resort itself blends rustic “Old Bangalore” character with modern, budget-friendly hospitality: rock, old trees and hill air, alongside a hall, kitchens and rooms that work hard on the day. The same hall reconfigures for haldi mornings, sangeet nights and cocktail receptions, and thirty-seven cottages keep your closest family on site overnight. Weddings are what this hilltop is known for — and corporate conferences, offsites, birthdays, reunions and community events are just as at home here.

The property has 37 cottages / rooms, which may be offered to guests in connection with a venue booking, subject to availability. Rooms are not included in the venue rental and are charged separately on an actual basis, confirmed at the time of booking.

The venue is confirmed and blocked only on receipt of 100% of the venue rental plus applicable GST. Until then the date stays open and may be offered to someone else.
No. An enquiry, quotation, negotiation or provisional hold does not confirm a date on its own — only full payment does.
Once confirmed, cancellation does not entitle a cash refund of the booking amount. Date-change requests are considered subject to availability. If we cannot provide the venue for a reason on our side (other than force majeure), 100% of the rental received is refunded within 7 calendar days.
No. Rental revisions apply prospectively — a booking confirmed before a revision is honoured at the rate applicable when it was confirmed.
GST and statutory taxes, accommodation, catering, décor, production and vendor services, post-event cleaning, and event permissions.
Music is permitted up to 10:30 PM as standard practice, subject to applicable laws and local regulations. Extended timing needs approval from the competent authority.
Three standard slots: Full Day — 3 PM to next day 3 PM, Morning 9 AM – 3 PM (muhurtham) and Evening 5 PM – 12 AM (reception). Multi-day bookings are also possible. Your exact access and vacating times are confirmed in the quotation.
A full day starts at 3 PM on your event date and runs to 3 PM the following day — a full 24 hours, so setup, the function itself and clearing out all sit inside one booking, with no rush on the night. Because it runs past midnight, the next morning until 3 PM is held for you as well, and our availability checker shows that morning as unavailable to anyone else. The next day is open again from 3 PM.
There is a restaurant and dining service on site, and catering menus for weddings, socials and corporate events are curated through our event team. Catering is quoted separately from the venue rental, against your menu and guest count.
Décor, production and vendor services are arranged and executed by our team and charged separately. Any vendor working at the venue must comply with venue rules and operational requirements.
Depending on the event, statutory permissions and licences may be facilitated by us or procured directly by you. Compliance with the conditions attached to those permissions remains your responsibility.
